VCA’s Southeast team operates under a guiding principle that empowers VCA to successfully work with our clients. Simply put, that principle is to always exceed our customer’s expectations. The VCA Southeast team has extensive operational capabilities that businesses in the Southeast can take advantage of. Based out of Atlanta, GA the Southeast VCA organization offers a wide of services which include Technology Design, Engineering, Project Management, Production and Installation capabilities. These services allow customers to improve their Unified Communications, Audio and Video Applications, Broadcast and the ability to enhance their overall technology integration experience.
In an ongoing effort to provide customers the best experience possible, VCA conducts a Quarterly Business Review (QBR) for key accounts in order to effectively partner with our clients. The goal of these recurring meetings is to review project wellness, operational (i.e. open trouble ticket, warranty, change order, upgrade) issues in addition to overall field engagement. VCA makes an effort to use these meetings to gather frank customer feedback so we can continue to adapt and change as the customer’s business needs continue to morph in their business. These meetings have proved invaluable in allowing VCA to exceed the expectations of our client base.
